To make this process as easy as possible, SHOPAMICIS.COM offers free returns on all orders. We suggest returning your order within 7 days of having received your order to ensure it is back with us before expiry of the 14-day return window. Please use the pre-paid return label, which is included in every package. Your return must be delivered to us within this timeframe unless otherwise authorized. Please note that returns will be only accepted if the item arrives in brand new condition, with the return tag and the security seal intact and attached.
STEP 1: Use the return form to indicate which item(s) you wish to exchange or return and the reason why. If you wish to exchange an item, contact our customer service team to reserve the desired replacement item.
STEP 2: Prepare your package by placing the item(s) you wish to return including the return form in the original packaging, and attach the pre-paid return label. Please make sure that the original shipping label is not visible.
STEP 3: Drop off your parcel at the Service Point of the forwarder as indicated on your return label.
STEP 4: Your refund will be issued via the original payment method. The refund will be processed after we have received your return shipment and checked if it meets our Return Policy. Should you have opted for an item for in exchange, this will be dispatched immediately.
We offer our customers free returns to our boutiques in Vienna. This service is applicable to all orders placed on SHOPAMICIS.COM. Should you receive a product that is faulty, incomplete, or different than the order placed online, please contact our Customer Care team immediately, providing a photo of the product and a description of the issue.
All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached. Where possible, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must also be returned as they are considered part of the product. All returns will undergo a check by our customer service team before processing refunds. Returns that do not fulfill the conditions outlined above may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
• What precautions should I take when returning your products?
Apparel: Try your products with care. The products must be returned new, without wear or use, with both, the original brand and Shopamicis tags attached. Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric.
Bags & Accessories: Handle the protective wrapping with caution if you are not certain of keeping your purchase. All designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Please handle light-coloured bags and accessories with special care and note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-coloured leather goods.
Footwear: Footwear must be returned unmarked and unscuffed. When trying on shoes we ask you to wear clean socks and stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Please return all items including the dust bag and shoe box. The shoe box forms part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in the outer packaging. This prevents damage during transit, in case of which the return will not be accepted.
Lingerie & Swimwear: Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.
Fine Jewelry: These exquisite pieces must be returned to us unworn with the presentation box, protective packaging and any designer cards or tags included.
• How can I get a refund and how long does it take?
Once your order has been received by our warehouse and complies with our Returns Policy, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund the total amount of the product via the original payment method, including taxes and duties. The refund can only be issued to the person who placed the original order via the same payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty.
• How often can I return my orders?
We offer a free returns policy to make your online shopping experience easy. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.
